Guess what… tomorrow we’re recording a new secret cover. Its mainly secret because we haven’t decided which of two songs we’ll be covering yet, but rest assured, it will be good.

I’ve been a bit quiet with the whole blogging thing recently, mainly because I’m only just about surviving college, and surviving requires a lot of energy. You could call this a guilty secret of a blog.

But I felt like I really needed to say something, that something being a massive thank you to everyone who has watched the video we did with Freya Davis. Making these videos is just super fun, and we spend a lot of time doing them, so to have people watching and liking something that we’ve worked hard on and our proud of is obviously a great feeling. Oh and of course a massive thank you to Freya, for someone who had never recorded before to sound so good is crazy cool! I wouldn’t have the balls.

The plan over the next few months is to keep on with the videos, one of my new years resolutions was to upload one video a month, so expect to see at least that many. The next video will probably be an original song that we wrote a couple months ago, a nice little acoustic piece called Alien Eyes, then the plan is to record a nice quick cover as a bit of a stop-gap, before hitting the web hard with a proper music video! We’ve got a few ideas brewing (anyone a fan of film-noir?) and we’ve got some friends who want to show off their acting credentials, so it is starting to look promising.
